We are not affiliated with any political group or organization. As such, we do not support discrimination or racism in any form.

We are dedicated in providing quality merchandise for your personal collections. The 44th Collectors Avenue website is updated on a weekly basis showcasing new items. Please note, since products are historical items, we do not guarantee to update each and every section, unless new treasures are located in the vast marketplace we serve.

All pricing is listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

All online payments are processed through the PayPal platform. If you are interested in purchasing an item from our online store and you do not have a PayPal account, you may still process the transaction by paying with your credit/debit card.
Shipping / Taxes
All items are shipped from Littleton, Colorado.

All shipping methods are listed without insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance on an item. 44th Collectors Avenue, LLC is NOT responsible for any packages stolen or deteriorated during the shipping process. Please Note: Shipping made within the United States via Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50.00 provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All Colorado residents must pay 7.65% sales tax in addition to the purchase price and shipping. This tax covers state, county, city and special taxes. It will be added to your order if you provide a shipping address in Colorado.
We also sell your collection items for you. This includes one item up to your entire collection. Here is how it Works:

We carefully pack and ship your items nationwide (USA) or internationally.
You are paid 11 business days following the finalized sale with the customer.

-Customers may bundle products together and save on shipping cost.

Our charges: 5% to 14%* of the total price.
+ Payment fee** and no other hidden fees!
You keep your items so you can try to sell them on your own.
We process numerous detailed pictures of your items.
We construct a detailed description of the item and post each individual listing on the website.
We check the item availability with you when a customer is interested.
We carefully pack and ship your items nationwide (USA) or internationally.
You are paid 11 business days following the finalized sale with the customer.

Our charges: 5% to 15%* of the total price.

*Charges are variable depending on quantity & value of items given to us.
** From 2.9% to 3.9% depending on buyer's location.

Guarantees
We guarantee all of our items original, unless otherwise indicated. We post every object with a precise detailed description and numerous pictures. However, if additional written description and/or photos are necessary for a product listing, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we gladly provide any information you need within 1 business day.
Returns
We do accept returns within 7 days after receiving the purchased item(s). All items should be returned after e-mail approval and in its original condition. A full refund (minus the initial shipping and payment costs) will be issued after the item is received and inspected. The return postage is to be paid by the customer.
Layaway
Depending on consigners, we accept layaways for items over $200.00 and for a period of 30 days. Half of the amount must be made to hold the item. The other half payment should be made within 30 days. The item will be shipped once the payment is fully complete. Please contact us if you are interested in a layaway on one of our listed items.
