Comes with all original insignia and patches as follow:

- US-made 1st ID 'Big Red One' patch.
-Sergeant sleeve rank insignia.
- Sterling, clutch back construction combat Infantryman badge.
- US and rare 18th Infantry collar discs. the 38th IR collar disc is screw back with unusual construction.
- Nice painted 18th Infantry Regiment 'In Omnia Paratus' distinctive insignia on the lapel. Unmarked, screw back construction.
- Presidential Unit Citation bar.
- Expert badge with 'Rifle' clasp.- Original ribbons including from L to R, top to bottom: US Army Good Conduct Medal, American campaign, European African Middle Eastern (ETO) campaign w/ 2 stars, WWII Victory and Army of Occupation.
-French "Croix de Guerre" fourragere.

-Insigne de combat Infantryman badge avec le marquage "Sterling" et de fabrication a attaches papillons.
- Disques de col US et du 18eme Regiment d'Infanterie (rare). L'insigne du 18eme RI est de fabrication peu courante a visse.
- Insignes distinctifs du 18eme Regiment 'Omnia Paratus' sur le col. Ceux-ci sont non-marqués, peints, avec attaches a visse.
- Presidential Unit Citation (Citation présidentielle).
- Badge d'expert avec barre de spécialité 'Rifle' (Fusil).
- Rappels de médaille originaux, qui incluent de gauche a droite, et de haut en bas: Bonne conduite de l'US Army, Campagne Américaine, Campagne Européenne, Africaine et du Moyen-Orient (ETO) avec 2 étoiles, Victoire WWII et médaille de l'Occupation.
- Fourragère de la Croix de Guerre.

Superbe veste non-modifiée, et malheureusement pas identifiée.
