Interesting ETO officer’s grouping consisting of:

-M1936 British Made suspenders made by US AC and dated 1943. Stamped US AC 1943 British Made. One of the straps is deteriorated and seems to be stained with blood.

-M1924 British Made 1st aid pouch made by US AC and dated 1944. The US stamp on the front flap is faded.

-M1936 pistol belt without the usual “US” stamp, which may indicate a British manufacture too. It is however impossible to confirm this information without a manufacturer stamp. This belt shows a laundry number.

-Colt M1911 leather holster. Both date and maker markings are illegible. The hook has been repaired or reinforced.

- M1918 colt pouch for 2 M1911 Colt magazines made by P.B. & Co - 10 1918. The flap also bears an unknown blue ink stamp and 2672 code.

This entire grouping is in battle used condition. It was found all together and is sold as a set.

The M41 Jacket and M1 helmet are not part of the sale and used for display only. The M41 jacket is however offered for sale in our online store.

This is a perfect set for an ETO front display / mannequin.

Lot intéressant d’un officier sur le front ETO, consistant de :

- Un brelage M1936 de fabrication anglaise, fabriqué par US AC et daté 1943. Il est tamponné US AC 1943 British Made. Une de s sangles est détériorée et semble être tachée de sang.

- Une pochette de 1er soin M1924 de fabrication anglaise, fabriquée par US AC et datée de 1944. Le tampon US sur le rabat est estompé.

- Un ceinturon type M1936 sans le marquage «US » habituel, ce qui peut indiquer une confection Anglaise. Il est toutefois impossible de confirmer cette information sans un marquage fabricant. Ce ceinturon dispose d’un laundry number.

- Un holster de colt M1911 en cuir. La date et le fabricant ne sont pas lisibles. L’attache à été réparée où renforcée.

- Un porte-chargeur M1918 pour deux chargeurs de colt M1911, fabriqué par P.B. & Co - 10 1918. Le rabat comporte également un tampon à l’encre bleue inconnu et le code 2672.

Ce lot complet a été utilisé au combat. Il fut retrouvé tel quel et est vendu en tant que lot.

La veste M41 et le casque M1 ne font pas parti de la vente et sont utilisés à titre d’illustration. La veste M41 est toutefois offerte à la vente dans notre boutique en ligne.

Cet ensemble est parfait pour un mannequin d’officier sur le front Européen ETO.
